Daily demos to inspire you and time to practice it your way. Group critiques will model how to see and appreciate more in your work and all art.
Discussions will address confidence, procrastination, vulnerability, curiosity, courage, inspiration, intuition, metaphor, symbolic elements, competition, belief systems, and more! We will expand your imagination, practice letting go of limiting beliefs, and learn to trust your authenticity.
People are more open and creative when they “play,” so plan on some goofy behavior and much laughter.
Goals:
To paint without a known destination. Paint from your heart.
To trust what shows up and learn from it. You are the author and the authority. You will learn to believe in yourself as an artist.
You will practice painting momentum and know how to keep it going. (We will paint two paintings every day!)
You will use positive descriptive language to describe your art so that you can understand its value and expand upon it.
